about us
Tandem was created in 2005 by Jonathan Wright, who has a background in architecture and an expertise in furniture design. It is our concept to offer a comprehensive spatial design service integrated with furniture design and manufacture. This gives us the ability to design complete environments and ensure a very high standard of finish at an affordable price, using ecologically sound materials.
Our personalised service is ideally suited to projects that have tight constraints including timescale, space, and budget, but where clients still demand high quality, beautifully designed solutions. Working at a range of scales from furniture through to architectural projects our attention to detail remains consistently high.
Tandem’s interest in exploring materials and space has led to creative exhibition designs and a range of inventive
furniture products. For our furniture production we use a combination of traditional methods and advanced technology for speed, accuracy and consistent
quality. This combination allows us to be highly flexible and accommodating.
