- Design, manufacture and installation of fitted or free standing furniture elements as part of an interior or architectural project.

- Adapting items from our range of high quality and timeless furniture designs, to meet specific customer requirements.

- We can recommend a structural engineer if any structural work is needed and liaise with them to finalise the design.

- Plans elevations and sections of the final proposal including interior and/ or exterior perspectives. A scale model can also be produced to help visualise the scheme.

- Submitting a Planning Application or Certificate of Lawful Development Application and communicating with the Planning Authority on your behalf.

- Detailed drawings for a Building Regulation Application and liasing with the structural engineer regarding any drawings and calculations that are needed.

- Detailed construction drawings including a schedule of works and a specification if needed. These are essential to obtain accurate quotes from contractors and to help ensure that the design is built to your requirements.

- Site meetings: particularly for ‘non standard’ projects it is important that we visit the site at regular intervals to answer any questions and to ensure that the building work is progressing smoothly and to the desired level of quality.
