architype office furniture

In spring '06 Tandem was commissioned by Architype, a leading architectural practice in the field of sustainable design, to provide a complete range of furniture for their new office premises at Upper Twyford Barn, Herefordshire.

Sprung ply chairs and stools were specified for formal and informal meeting spaces together with three large tables with a linoleum surface, based on the edge ply table design. Central storage units, acting as space dividers, along with wall shelves and the kitchen were developed by Tandem from Architype's initial concept. The studio was fitted with over 25m of cantilevered worktops to Tandem's design.
