Below is a list outlining the services we offer, which can all be priced separately and can be tailored to meet your
requirements:
- Free 1 hour initial consultation
- Basic measured survey of the existing property. For complex sites or buildings we recommend that you employ a surveyor
- An accurate sketch design for your approval including perspective drawings. A sketch model can also be produced to
help visualise the scheme
- We can recommend a structural, cost or any other
consultant, if their input is required for your project. We liaise with them to finalise the design.
- Plans, elevations and sections of the final proposal including interior and/ or exterior perspectives.
A scale model can also be produced to help visualise the scheme.
- Submitting a Planning Application or Certificate of Lawful Development Application and communicating with the Planning
Authority on your behalf.
- Detailed drawings for a Building Regulation Application and liasing with the structural engineer regarding
any drawings and calculations that are required for a Building Regulation Approval.
- Detailed construction drawings including a schedule of works or specifications if required. These are essential to obtain accurate quotes
from contractors and to help ensure that the design is built to your requirements.
- Building contract administration and site meetings: we can administer the building contract for you
and visit the site regularly to ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the design and to resolve any questions to ensure
that the building work is progressing smoothly and to the desired level of quality. This is particularly important for high quality designs
and unconventional project solutions.
